Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
- Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the registration form. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
- We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests
- Transportation to and from the Cancun International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun
- To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your as soon as possible!

Dreams Tulum Is a family friendly all-inclusive resort You will be flying into airport (CUN) Cancun or Tulum Please book the flight that works with your schedule. We highly suggest flying in Friday, May 02, 2025 or earlier to take full advantage of the weekend's festivities. Friendly reminder the wedding is on Sunday, May 04, 2025.
*Minimum 3 night’s stay is required by the resort, and you may choose to stay as long as you want to enjoy your vacation.
ITINERARY
There is two airports Cancun about a 1.5 hour away and Tulum about 1 hour away from resort. We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline. Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport is included! Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like assistance shopping for flights, this can be arranged with our agent as well. *Words of Advice* - If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you can utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.
NOTE: Most airlines start publishing flights up to 11 months from your departure date. We use Google Flights to shop for a track airfare. You can sign up to receive alerts whenever there is a change in price.
FLIGHTS INFORMATION
You do not have to pay it all at once! Book early and take advantage of the awesome flexible payment plan! It is interest-free! All you must submit your secured payment form online. It will give Eye4getaways (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable without travel insurance. A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $200 per room is due no later than Dec 20, 2024, to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
*Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date. A Second Payment to meet 40% of your total balance is due by January14, 2025.

PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS
While E4DW can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time. We have a 24-hour during-travel emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem. Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of Anthony and Krystal Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be walked out and placed in another resort due to overbooking. WHY BOOK WITH Eye4Getaways?
We Only Have 50 Rooms Guaranteed Rooms secured at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. I will do my best to honor the rate outside the 50 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding, or wedding transportation without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $100+ USD just to access the event/per person. We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Eye4getaways please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
Please note that if you do not see a room category you would like to book, Destination Weddings Expert can request it for you to add into our room block, pending rates and availability. Please submit your booking form, selecting any room and then include in the comments the category you would prefer.
